Buyers Pay 8.75% Admin Fee (Minimum $5)

The buyer pays the ticket price plus an 8.75% admin fee, with a $5.00 minimum per order. This covers payment processing, payment protection, platform maintenance, and dispute resolution.

TrueFanTix is not currently collecting GST/HST or sales tax on the admin fee. This policy will be reviewed if registration or collection obligations change.
